MEET DONIA
Donia has coached clients to their goals at organizations around the world, including the State Department, Meta, Ted.com, Mass General Brigham, and the National Gallery of Art. She is comfortable working with clients across sectors.
Donia began coaching formally in 2019 and has been certified at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2021. In 2023, she completed Pyramid Resource Group's 125-credit hour Healthcare Leadership Coach Certification.
Her areas of interest include health and wellbeing, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and innovation.

CREATIVE ROOTS.
Donia holds a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry from Columbia University in New York City and is a published poet, and magazine writer. She also holds a Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in English (American Literature) and Afro-American Studies from Brown University.
